Hi Paulette. Unfortunately, manufacturers tend to stick with making what the majority of the population will buy or wear. That can be tough on the minority who needs larger sizes than what's currently offered. Perhaps you can contact the boot retailers and see if they can consider your idea--you're not the only one out there who needs larger boots. Good luck!

YOU NEED TO MAKE SOME BOOTS WITH A EXTRA, EXTRA LARGE CALVES. SOME WOMEN HAVE CALVES LARGER THAN A 21 INCHES.

Go to WideWidths.com since they sell the greatest wide calf boots! I bought a pair from them in January '08 and I just got my second pair of boots from them (July '08) and I have NEVER EVER NEVER been able to find a pair of boots after years of combing the web, catalogs and shoe stores! They have gorgeous styles - many are even nicer than standard boots! Their customer service department answers all your dumb questions :-) on the phone and they are very helpful. I can't begin to tell you how much time I have wasted looking online at sites that say they have wide calf boots and the boots are 15." Who are they kidding anyway! All it does is waste your time and get you even more frustrated. Their prices are terrific too and they are really the best find ever! I can't wait to see their new boots this fall (2008).

Hi Kendra, did you check out the Silhouettes and Wide Widths links under the "Where to Buy" section? Just about any plus size retailer who sells boots understands that a lot of full-figured women look for boots for wide calves, so be sure to look into the shops we have listed.

I'm looking for long fashion boots up to the knee. I have large calves & size 7 to 7.5 sized feet. Where do I find them on your website. thanks.
